Mr. Michael E. Washington has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience in the Los Angeles market. His commercial career in commercial real estate is extensive having worked for the top commercial firms of CB Richard Ellis, Grubb & Ellis, Colliers International, and Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Mr. Washington’s experience in commercial real estate includes being the National Marketing Manager for the Investment Properties & the National Multi-housing group for the nation’s largest full service commercial real estate firm, CB Richard Ellis. In his tenure at CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Washington was the project manager on the nation’s first commercial real estate multiple listing system (MLS) which is now known as LoopNet.

As the owner and consultant with his firm, Lewone Enterprises based in Burbank, CA, Mr. Washington’s firm was the real estate consultant for the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power’s Economic Development group.

One of his notable transactions was the 270 unit Royal Equestrian apartment complex in Burbank, CA sold in 2005.

Mr. Washington has taken numerous real estate courses in the states of Washington and California and is a licensed real estate salesperson in California. In 1994 Michael completed the CB Commercial University’s Financial and Marketing skills extensive training in St. Charles, Illinois. Mr. Washington holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California and an Associates degree from Shoreline College in Seattle, WA.

Michael specializes in apartment investment sales in the Glendale, Pasadena, Burbank, North Hollywood, South Pasadena, and Sun Valley markets.

Michael is a Burbank, CA homeowner, an avid golfer, soccer player, and a four time finisher of the Los Angeles Marathon.
