David Issaians started at Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2007 shortly after graduating from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks CA. Following his college career, he began the intensive training program offered at Coldwell Banker Commercial, which allowed him to work alongside highly experienced brokers. Mr. Issaians has a Primary Specialty-Owner/User Industrial sales and leasing with a Secondary Specialty-Office properties and tenant representation and disciplines in Landlord and Tenant representations. Immediately following college he began working in the Real Estate department at JD Power & Associates in Westlake Village; CA. He was part of an integral team of individuals responsible for managing and maintaining accounts such as Toll Brothers, K. Hovnanian, Ryland, and several others. While in college he worked at the Housing Authority alongside the Resident Services Administrator. He was essential in both the creation and implementation of Section 8 and Public Housing programs. Working with HUD (Housing & Urban Development), he aided in creating grants vital to the funding of several programs that remain in place today. Some of these programs include the senior housing projects as well as after school programs for low income housing families. He participated in the summer internship program at CBRE for two consecutive years focusing on the investment arena. During this time he shadowed senior brokers and top producers within the company learning the essentials of day to day activities needed for a successful career in commercial real estate.
