Corey A. During his nearly 15-year tenure at CB Richard Ellis, he worked with some of the company’s most important clients forming long-standing relationships, some of which exceeded a decade. The team Waite managed generated nearly $10 million in annual revenue, and was featured in the Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal and Southwest Airlines in-flight magazine, Spirit.
