Colleen Carey has twelve years experience as an office/retail specialist in the North Los Angeles County region. She has represented owners and tenants in sale and lease transactions. Following a 20 year career as Vice President of Underwriting and Marketing for General Reinsurance Corporation, Ms. Carey began her real estate career in 1999 when she joined Ramsey Shilling Commercial Real Estate as a Sales Associate. In 2002, she joined NAI Capital in Pasadena, California where she specialized in retail and office leasing/sales and land acquisitions and disposition, most notably representing Trachman Indevco, a retail real estate development company, in their acquisition and leasing of Perris Marketplace, a 450,000 square foot power center under development in Perris, CA. Ms. Carey joined Coldwell Banker Commercial North County in March 2007 as Vice President of Commercial Properties specializing in Retail and Office Leasing/Sales and Investment Properties. She earned Circle of Distinction Membership nationally in 2008 during her first full year with Coldwell Banker Commercial.
