In 2006, Bill Ukropina, Gregory K. Barsamian and George Issaians got together in Glendale, CA to discuss a potential partnership. The three knew each other through their work at CB Richard Ellis and together, had over 60 years experience in commercial brokerage. Ukropina had 22 years under his belt specializing in office property; Issaians had 26 years experience, including 11 years in assets management and 15 years in multifamily and investment sales; and Barsamian had 20 years specializing in industrial properties.
